The Therapeutic Recreation Division provides leisure and recreational programs and services to the citizens of Mecklenburg County who have a disability.  Staff programming to participants in the community are directed and guided by the TR Manager and the overall programming, services and division personnel are under the direction of the  Therapeutic Recreation Sr. Manager.
