Therapeutic Recreation Enrichment Program (TREP) "A unique after-school experience for teens that will energize your afternoons!" TREP is an experiential education (hands-on learning) after-school program that is goal directed and is for teenagers ages13-21 with disabilities. Daily activities include but are not limited to arts &crafts, swimming, gardening, cooking, social skill development, music therapy and outings. Participants may be dropped off by their school bus or by parent/guardian. TREP enrollment is on going based on availability of slots. Location: Marion Diehl Recreation Center Time: Mon - Fri 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm following the CMS calendar. Socialization, Empowerment and Life Skills - (SEALS) - for children ages 6-12 with visual impairments SEALS is an afterschool program for elementary aged children, offered in partnership with the NC Parents of Blind Children (NCPOBC). Participants spend their afternoons having fun while gaining valuable social, recreation and life skills, becoming more independent and making friends! Transportation can be arranged by CMS to have the students ride the bus from their elementary school to the SEALS after-school program.
