Length:  1.2 miles

Location:  River Ford Drive to Shearer Road

Description:  This greenway is a partnership project with the Town of Davidson.  It will be in the southeast corner of town near the River Run neighborhood and will feature an enhanced trailhead at River Ford Drive.  This trail will be composed primarily of asphalt but will also feature boardwalk adjacent to a fern-covered slope. 

What's Next: Design is nearly complete and the project is being permitted. Construction is anticipated to begin in Fall 2008.
