Location: On the UNC Charlotte campus from Mallard Creek Greenway at Hwy 29 to the intersection of University City Blvd (Hwy 49) and WT Harris Blvd.  A connector is also planned from Toby Creek Greenway to Hwy 29 at JW Clay Blvd.

Description: The greenway is currently under design. The trail will link the existing Mallard Creek Greenway to the UNC Charlotte campus and shopping areas.  The greenway will provide visitors with access to University Place. An asphalt trail will be provided, however, the need for granular trails for runners is being considered as part of the schematic design. Running trails may be developed by the University.  The second community workshop will be held on July 12, 2006 at 6:30 pm in Room 106 of Woodward Hall.
