ABLE Exercise Class For Seniors:
All Bodies Like Exercise. This is a low impact stretching and exercise program that enables Mobility and enhances all fitness levels.  Class is free and open to individuals 55 and up.

Daily, Mon-Fri 10:00am

Cheer America Cheerleading:
Ages:
4-14
Cost: $7 Registration & $7per class
Registration: Classes are ongoing 

Students will learn cheerleading chants and pom-pom routines.  The class promotes coordination, confidence, physical fitness and will teach the basic skills required for middle and high school tryouts.  Open to boys and girls 4-14. Each class is 45 minutes long and is divided by age and ability.  Class times will be assigned at the time of registration.  

Young Olympians Self Defense:
Ages:
4-14 years
Costs: $7 Registration and $7 per class
Registration: Classes are ongoing

This fun course for children is designed for self defense purposes emphasizing child safety awareness. We do not teach "Bullying Tactics". Self-discipline rather than aggressive is promoted.  A certified black belt will instruct various basic self-defense/Karate techniques and forms.  **NO physical contact is allowed in beginner class.  Students completing the course with perfect attendance will receive a Karate medal.  Testing is available for rank promotion.  Each class is 45 minutes long and is divided by age and ability.  Class times will be assigned at the time of registration.

Senior's Self-Defense
Ages:
50 and up
Costs:  $10 per class

Students will learn how to avoid confrontation, parking lot and home safety, passive and aggressive self-defense weapons as well as the law. To register or for additional information contact Kevin Hinson at 704-533-2994.

Women's Self-Defense

18-45
Cost: $10 per class

Dance (Hip-Hop/Jazz)
Ages:
4-14
Cost: $7 Registration fee and $7 per class
Registration: Classes are ongoing

"Jazz America" is a fun and exciting dance program for children ages 4-14. It promotes coordination, confidence, artistic expression, and physical fitness.  Development of rythmical awareness and dance education is provided for all levels from beginners through advanced.  Each class will perform a choreographed "Jazz America" routine for parents and friends on awards night.
