Facility Rentals are available for birthday parties, corporate outings and any other special occasions. Kid's birthday party rentals are hugely popular here at Ray's Splash Planet so please call us at least 2 months in advance to schedule your event now.

Please fax your completed and signed Birthday Party Contract to 704-336-8009 after reserving a party with one of our Party Coordinators.

Party Packages
We have 3 party packages....

• Splash Bash: $140
  3 Hrs, 12 children
  Party includes 2 hours of play in the water park and an hour of celebration in the party room. For a BASIC Splash Bash party you are responsible for bringing everything for your party; decorations, food, cake, etc. 
  *$6 for each additional child.
  
• Splash Bash Deluxe: $225
  3 Hrs, 12 children
  Party includes 2 hours of play in the water park and an hour of celebration in the party room. Package includes birthday cake, candles, cheese pizza, drinks, decorations, napkins, & utensils for 12 children.  A Ray's Fun Pack is included for the Birthday Child. 
  *$10 for each additional child.
  
• Splash Bash Theme: $275
  3 Hrs, 12 children
  Party includes 2 hours of play in the water park and an hour of celebration in the party room. Package includes birthday cake, candles, cheese pizza, drinks, decorations, napkins & utensils for 12 Children. You can choose from our list of Themes for the decorations and goodie bags! All the (confirmed number of) children who are invited and attend the party receive a goodie bag.  A Ray's Fun Pack is included for the Birthday Child.

1. Reservations and Cancellations:
   Party reservations should be made at least 6-8 weeks in advance, dates based on availability. 
2. $100 Non-refundable deposit and PARTY CONTRACT are due 5 days after making reservation.  Party dates & times are confirmed only after deposit is received. (Please note: Coupons cannot be applied to Birthday Party deposits.)  
3. REFUNDS will not be issued. However, with a 2 week notice before your event you may receive a credit to reschedule, pending on our availability. Credits are only valid for one party.
4. FINAL attendance count due 1 week prior to event (only Deluxe/Theme parties).   
5. Payment/deposit can be made by cash, check, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or money orders ONLY.  Checks should be made payable to MCPRD-RSP. 
6. Max number of children per party is 30.

On your party day:

• Parties do not include a host.
• Balance of party is due prior to entering Party Room.
• On arrival please check and sign in at our Front Help Desk and they will either lead you to the Party Room or admit you to the Splash Park (based on party time).
• We can store coolers, food, decorations and gifts prior to your party room time.  (Please keep all valuables and personal items with you at all times and not in locker rooms.) 
• Party Room Clean-up Responsibilities: The host family is responsible for general clean up after their party. This consists of throwing away party related paper products (wrapping paper, plates, napkins, cups, etc.). Ray's Splash Planet will do the major cleaning after you leave.  If you choose not to clean up after your party, a $50.00 clean up fee will be added to your balance.
• For a BASIC Splash Bash party, you are responsible for bringing everything for your party.
• Certified lifeguards are on duty at all times. 
• If it is lightning, the pool will close for 30 minutes from the last lightning strike. 
• The pool must close at least 30 minutes after cleaning up in the event of vomit or defecation.

Pool Policies and Procedures:

1. For children age 5 and under, the adult to child ratio in the water will need to be 1:2.
   (EXAMPLE: 4 children = 2 adults in the water)
2. For children age 6 and older, the adult to child ratio in the water will need to be 1:10.
   (EXAMPLE: 12 children = 2 adults in the water)
3. Proper swimming attire is required.
4. Swim diapers are required for children 3 yrs and under.
5. Personal inflatable toys (raft, body boards,water wings, etc.) are NOT allowed into any County Pool.
6. Coolers, food and/or beverages are not allowed in the Splash Park.
7. Children 6 yrs or older must use same gender locker rooms or family locker rooms. 
8. Coupons cannot be applied to Birthday Party deposits.
