Neighborhood Matching Grants
The Neighborhood Matching Grants Program has been helping Charlotte citizens improve their neighborhoods since 1993.  The program awards funds to neighborhood-based organizations for projects that will make neighborhoods better places to live, work, play, and shop.  The program helps to strengthen neighborhood organizations, while encouraging increased neighborhood participation and partnerships with the city and others.

Grants are awarded three times a year: March 15, June 15, and September 15.  Pre-application workshops are held one month prior to each due date.  Attendance at a pre-application workshop is required before an application can be submitted each cycle.

Neighborhood Matching Grant applications are due Monday, June 16, 2008.
