- Neighborhood leaders are educated on City ordinance violations through Community Improvement's Neighborhood Leadership Training and are empowered to share and utilize this information to support cleanliness standards within their neighborhoods. Training is conducted at the City Council district level to encourage community involvement and support for citizens taking ownership of neighborhood problems.

7. Model Neighborhood Indicator: Cars are
parked in appropriate parking spaces, driveways, etc., and not on lawns and sidewalks.
Standard Service Delivery
- Standard has been developed to prohibit parking in front yards.
- Vehicles parked on the street without a current tag are in violation of the City's Litter Control Ordinance enforceable by Community Improvement.
- Addresses in violation receive a letter and are given seven days to correct. In 7-10 days, site is revisited, and vehicle may be towed if not corrected.
