Charlotte City Council established the Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board to oversee operations and develop policies for administration of the Trust Fund.  The Advisory Board is responsible for:

• Recommending annual funding priorities for the Housing Trust Fund.
• Developing and updating the Housing Trust Fund guidelines.
• Creating or collaborating with tax-exempt entities to solicit private funds for the Housing Trust Fund.
• Monitoring the Housing Trust Fund's performance.
  Providing an annual report to City Council on the Housing Trust Fund.

The Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board members are Bobby Drakeford (Chair), Tylee Kessler (Vice-Chair), Liz Clasen-Kelly, Claire Green Fallon, Renata Henderson, Drew Jones and Eric Montgomery.
