The Housing Partnership

The mission of The Housing Partnership is to expand affordable and well-maintained housing within stable neighborhoods for low and moderate-income families in the Charlotte and Mecklenburg  County with a continuing interest in the ability of occupants to more fully enter the economic mainstream.  Visit cmhp.org for more information.
 
Charlotte Housing Authority
The Charlotte Housing Authority serves those Charlotte families for whom conventional housing is unaffordable.  The mission is to provide these families with safe, decent and sanitary housing while supporting their efforts to achieve economic independence and self-sufficiency.  Visit cha-nc.orq for more information.

Charlotte Neighborhood Fund
The Charlotte Neighborhood Fund provides operating and capacity building funding to community housing development corporations and leverages private dollars from financial institutions.  The Charlotte Neighborhood fund is administered by the North Carolina Community Development Initiative.
