The Charlotte Neighborhood Fund provides operating and capacity building funding to Community Housing Development Corporations.  The funds are used to increase housing production and staff skills.  The program also leverages private dollars from financial institutions (banks, Fannie Mae, private foundations).

 

The program is funded by Innovative Housing and HOME Grant.
