Purpose:  Ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) through the completion of the following activities:

1. Development of a Handbook for use by the MOU Partners containing strategies/guidelines for the protection of water quality conditions in Mountain Island Lake.
2. Development of a web site as well as protocols/procedures for ensuring the fulfillment of the MOU.
