Television--Over 30 commercials regional and national and industrial films for major corporations such as Office Depot, Bank Of America and USAirways.

Jerry not only acts but teaches performance arts to aspiring young actors. He is a veteran of Actor's theatre of Charlotte, Charlotte Rep, North Carolina Stage Company, Children's Theatre and others. His over-the-top interpretation of The Mecklenburgers Patriarch will tickle your funny-bone.

Angela Shannon (Anne - Writer / Producer)
Angela has worked as a part-time commercial, industrial, stage and voice-over actress in the Charlotte region for the past five years. She has appeared in two locally-produced films: the movie "Born to Race" and the independent film "Uncovered Fear." Her industrial and commercial credits include performances for Tiffany Jewelers, Belk Stores, Wachovia Bank, Bank of America, Office Depot, Food Lion and Wake Medical Center.

Addison is an 11-year old Mecklenburg County 5th-grader with several acting credits. She enjoys horseback riding, basketball, swimming and shopping.

Caroline Compton (Emma Mecklenburger)
Caroline is a 9-year old 3rd grader in Mecklenburg County. She enjoys horses, tennis, swimming and anything to do with animals and the ocean.

Tara Winston (Jade)
Tara's professional acting credits include roles on such soap operas as All My Children and One Life to Live as well as a long list of TV commercials and film. Her most recent film project was Patriotville where she appreared alongside Justin Long. Tara, also a professional dancer, is the jazz instructor for the preprofessional division of the North Carolina Dance Theatre.

Mark is a veteran of theatre, television and film. You may have seen him in commercials for Bank of America, Goody's or Duke Energy. His stage work includes The Jungal Book, Don't Dress for Dinner and Party Saved. Mark likes a wide variety of outdoor activities and plays guitar on and off stage.

Chandler got her formal training in New York but has graced the stage in many regional productions including McBeth and Blithe Spirit. She has appeared in many television shows including Dawson's Creek, Wildflower and America's Most Wanted. We think you'll find that comedy is her strong suit as she creates our newest character, the quirky Rhonda.

Roger Kortekaas (Miss McGillicuddy)
Roger works in the County's Public Service & Information Department. That's where he created a character named Miss McGillicuddy to be the TV spokesman for Ray's Splash Planet. The character caught on and was written into a few of The Mecklenburgers shows. He (she) is a regular in the new season.

Bill Carroll - Mecklenburgers Theme Songwriter
Bill got his start in music when he was 14, squandering all the lawn-mowing money he earned that summer to buy a cheap electric guitar. About 7 years later, he was signed to the Hollywood, CA-based Aardvark Records and wrote and performed a song that was featured on Dick Clark's long-running "American Bandstand" program and MTV. "The Mecklenburgers" theme was recorded and produced in Bill's home studio in Charlotte.
