Child Support Enforcement (CSE) is at 5800 Executive Center Drive Suite 200.  Once a case is established and the support falls behind, hearings are scheduled at 832 East Fourth Street.  Phone:  704-566-2800; Fax:  704-566-2834

Options for Obtaining Criminal Department Information
Option 1:  Instructions for Searching On-line Future Criminal Court Dates by Defendant's Name
1.  Go to www.nccourts.org
2.  Click on "Going to Court?" (second line to right of "court news")
3.  Click on "Criminal Calendars" (left column under heading "criminal")
4.  Click on "District & Superior Court Query" (in left column)
5.  Select County; Select the Court (District, Superior or Both)
6.  Enter Defendant's name (last name,first name (no space))
7.  Click on "Submit Query".  Future court dates for the name entered will appear, and you may click on the case number for details.

Option 2: 
If you have a question concerning a traffic ticket you may email your question to the following address:  MeckTrafficTickets@yahoo.com  (response to your inquiry is within 24 hours)

Option 3: 
If you need to mail a payment or other correspondence to the Clerk of Superior Court office, the address is:

Please include the case or citation numbers along with a copy of the citation/cost bill to expedite the handling of your matter.  Payment forms are certified check or money order.  No personal checks are accepted.

Option 4:
If you need to reach the criminal department by phone, the number is 704-686-0600.  Due to the high volume of calls to this number, you may experience delays.  If it is possible that your needs can be met in one of the other above-mentioned ways, we would encourage you to use that option.
