The WRRC, located adjacent to the Central Facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, is made of 3 Correctional Units (One 30 bed unit for women and two 60 bed units for males) and a Central Services area (dining/visiting/classrooms). The program is designed to increase community protection by providing offenders with the opportunity to change themselves and those conditions that brought them into conflict with the law. The program will also release the offender back into our community with employment, cash savings, housing and a greater capacity to manage their responsibilities.
