  • Schedule a preliminary review with the Rehab Code Plans Examiners.
  • Notify the customer of the meeting and the information needed for the meeting.

If the submitted data is insufficient,  the coordinator will call the contact person to collect additional data.

Step 3 - Review Slot Notification:

If the preliminary review is successful, the customer will be notified on the dashboard of the EPM system.  It will notify them of their review slot and the number of drawings needed for the review.  The customer will confirm a selected Scheduled Review slot.

All documents for Scheduled Review must be submitted by noon the day before the date of scheduled review. Please submit the drawings and the Self-Gatekeeping Checklist through the Rehab coordinator.

Step 5  -  Plan review is performed.

If plans are Approved:

A permit will be issued the day after the review, subject to completion of the permit application and outside agency approval.
