Southern Towns (Pineville, Mint Hill, and Matthews*)

*Matthews - You must also submit copies of the plan directly to the Town

 Northern Towns (Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson)

All plans must be submitted to Town Planning Staff prior to being received by Mecklenburg County Staff

 What is Required

• Sketch/Concept Plan
• Preliminary Construction Plans
• Seven (7) sets of plans with two (2) sets of calculations
• Plans and calculations must be sealed by professional designer
• Fee payment is required with first submittal
• Commercial Drainage/Erosion Control application form or permit to conduct land disturbing activity form completed
• Financial Responsibility Form (must be notarized) for erosion review
•  Four (4) copies of the completed NCDOT Driveway Permit form (each with original signature) with driveway plans attached
• Appropriate set of copies required by the Town
• BMP Inset table
• Address Verification Form

First review –
     . Requires 7 sets

After the first submittal for Northern Towns 

    .Huntersville requires 7 sets
    . Davidson requires 6 sets 
    . Cornelius requires 6 sets
