The Mecklenburg County Land Development Standards Manual, formally known as Charlotte-Mecklenburg Land Development Standards Manual (CMLDSM) has been updated to address changes to text and standards that apply to Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Mecklenburg County and surrounding ETJ'S. It will be the responsibility of the designer to make sure that the most recent version of the standards is being referenced at the time of plan submittal.
