Water & Land Resources is part of Mecklenburg County's Land Use & Environmental Services Agency (LUESA).  The mission of Water & Land Resources is to ensure a clean, livable environment through the protection and ehancement of water and land. Water & Land Resources is responsible for managing, protecting and improving local water and land resources through voluntary, regulatory and educational efforts.
