Overview:
This project is for citizens of Mecklenburg County that wish to garden at a low price to them.

 

Description & Implementation:
Project Description
Plots of 15' X15" at $15.00 each are provided to each gardener, water is available. Gardeners may grow anything that they choose as long as it's legal!

 

Project Implementation
Our ground maintence crew prepares the plots, by tilling , mulching and roping-off plots. The media (Newspaper, newsletters and the like)are notfied and gardenering begins! This is done on a first come first served bases.

 

Recommendations & Follow-up:

We will be offering printed material and short garden "talks",during the growing season. Which will occur on site.
