The County owned and operated Foxhole Landfill currently accepts construction and demolition waste only.
Many of the old landfills have been recycled into recreation facilities including golf courses and parks. These include C. T. Myers and Renaissance Golf Courses, McAlpine Park and David Waymer Flying Field.
The Foxhole Landfill (above) accepts more than 400 tons of construction and demolition debris daily.
