Residential Technical Services (RTS)
|
Purpose:
- Provide technical assistance and code enforcement to the general public.
- Support the building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing core processes with code enforcement of small residential projects, residential plan review, and the review of Townhouse Land-For-Sale projects.
- Enforce the Mecklenburg County abandoned and junk vehicle ordinance.
- Enforce the minimum housing code in each of the towns within Mecklenburg County.
