If you feel that a life-safety hazard exists after hours that needs immediate attention, you may contact the Mecklenburg County Emergency Communication Center at 704-943-6200, and they will notify the on-call Fire Marshal.

For filing a fire code complaint with the Mecklenburg County Fire Marshal's Office after normal business hours, as well as weekends and holidays, you may complete this form and submit it electronically to the Fire Marshal's Office for investigation.
