Drycleaner Notification of Compliance Status

In accordance with 40CFR 63 Subpart M, a Notification of Compliance Status is due to MCAQ on or before July 28, 2008 for all perc drycleaners. The notification must be sent by registered mail.

Drycleaner Registration Information

In accordance with the Mecklenburg County Air Pollution Control Ordinance (MCAPCO) Regulation 2.0202 - "Registration of Air Pollution Sources," Mecklenburg County Air Quality is requiring that all drycleaning facilities be registered.  If you operate multiple drycleaning locations in Mecklenburg County, please register each location separately.
