- FACET (Parent/Family Skill Building)
- FACET stands for Families' and Children's Evaluation Team. Families in the FACET program will be assigned a social worker who will observe and address parent-child conflicts, crisis situations, and problematic behavior as they arise within the family's home and community. The social worker will also facilitate the family's move toward self-sufficiency by positive role modeling, teaching behavior management techniques, and providing supervision strategies. Parent/child groups will be held four times a month and will assist families with parenting skills, communication, and management of family disruption.
