IDS is a collection of databases from various administrative systems that are stored and accessed from one location. IDS currently contains data from The Mecklenburg County Register of Deeds (ROD) and Property Assessment and Land Records Management (PALRM) of the Land Use and Environmental Services Agency (LUESA). Additional datasets from other departments will be incorporated into IDS over time. Data contained in the IDS is updated on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and provide a "snapshot" of the activity recorded on the host systems.
