Ready, Set, Get Fit 2006 is about making healthy lifestyle changes for the New Year. All you need to do is pick one of the following goals for the first quarter of 2006 (January-March):
1) Lose weight
2) Increase physical activity
3) Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Set your goal and track your progress on your Fit City Challenge fitness log for the three month period. At the end of March, everyone who has met their goal will be automatically entered into a drawing for the very latest iPod complete with video capabilities. The winner must be willing to share their story online to serve as an inspiration to others to make healthy lifestyle changes.
