NCDENR Proposes New Swimming Pool Rules - The NC Department of Environment and Natural Resources has proposed changes to the state swimming pool rules. The proposed changes were approved by the Commission for Health Services in November 2003, but must still be reviewed by an Administrative Rules Review Committee. You can review the proposed changes here. Text that is underlined is to be added and text that is struck through is to be removed.  Areas highlighted in yellow indicate changes made as a result of comments received from the public after the rule was published in the North Carolina Register, and formatting changes which do not impact the meaning of a rule.
