Services:  
School Health is a collaborative service between the Health Department and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools to provide case management, health education and professional consultation to the 137,000 students in CMS in 166 schools. We strive to remove health-related barriers to learning and foster lifelong health skills. 

Client Eligibility:
All students enrolled in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (Pre-K to High School) are eligible for School Health services.
