BREAST AND CERVICAL CANCER SCREENING
Client eligibility:
Women 18-64 years of age not currently using a birth control method are eligible for this service.
Intake Procedure:
Proof of income, residency and personal ID
COLOPSCOPY AND CRYOSURGERY CLINIC:
- Colposcopy Clinic - women with abnormal or suspicious pap smears are referred to this clinic for further testing.
- Cryosurgery Clinic - Some abnormal areas of the cervical tissue are treated with cryosurgery (freezing).

- Private physician's name and address
- Health insurance name & policy number (including Medicaid, Medicare or HMO)
