The Immunization Program at Mecklenburg County Health Department provides clinics for shots and can answers questions that you have about your child's immunizations. We offer clinic hours daily with appointments. Walk-in services are provided on a first come basis as patient demand (number of patients) will allow. For more information, call (704) 353-1189.

2) How much does it cost?
Immunizations provided by the Health Department are free.
3) What do I bring with me to the appointment or walk-in visit?
- Important! Bring copies of your child's immunization records.
- Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and/or HMO card
- Proof of income (recommended)
- Personal ID (recommended)
- Proof of residency (recommended)
