Intensive Home Visiting – Smart Start @ Home
Intensive Home Visiting

Are you going to be a first-time mom or dad?

Smart Start is a program for pregnant women and their families who are expecting their first child. Our goal is to help you meet your needs as a new parent until your baby is two years old.

What is the program?

  • While you are pregnant, a nurse or child educator will visit you at home, your job, clinic or wherever you choose at least once a month or depending on need. After the birth of your baby these visits with you will continue in order to assist you in meeting your parenting goals.

How do I contact you?

What is the cost?
