The Mapping/GIS Service Counter is located on the first floor of the Hal Marshall Services Center (formerly the old Sears building), at 700 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202. Operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Free parking is available in the front of the building or in the overflow lot on N. College Street.
