All tents used for cooking purposes must have proof of flame retardant treatment.
Cooking, warming devices, and/or heated products shall be isolated from the public by either placing the device a minimum of four (4) feet back from the front of the booth, or provide a Plexiglas shield between the cooking and/or warming devices and the public.
All LP gas cylinders used for cooking fuel must be secured in some way to prevent them from falling over.
Combustible materials shall be kept a minimum of three (3) feet away from any cooking.
Each cooking tent shall provide shall provide one (1) 5lb. ABC fire extinguisher (minimum). The extinguisher shall have a current inspection tag.
Under no circumstances shall the tent vendor block access to the fire hydrant. Fifteen (15) feet of clearance must be maintained.
