Note:
Most Fire Department permits require the completion of a complete application package that includes the following forms:
- New Permit Application (cover page)
- Hazardous Material Inventory Statement
- Completing the HMIS
- Permit SIte Plan
Permits such as Tents and Canopies, Place of Assembly, etc. that DO NOT involve the storage, use or handling of hazardous materials will only require the front cover page be completed.
