Maintenance
Equipment Technicians are responsible for repair, testing, ordering, and daily maintenance requests for all equipment.  Both technicians have been trained on small engine repair, Phoenix tool repair, nozzle repair, and both are Scott and Drager Air Pack certified.  All SCBA require annual testing, to include Pak-alert, regulators, and mask fit tests. Phoenix pumps receive annual fluid changes.  Repairs to helmets, masks and nozzles (other water flow devices) are performed as needed.   In addition, all USAR power equipment is now maintained by Logistics (small generators, pumps, cutting equipment).  Logistics will also perform special assignments as requested.
