In order to do business with the Charlotte Fire Department all prospective vendors must become registered with the City of Charlotte. In order to do so please fill out the form below and return. A Vendor registration number will be assigned and the company will be eligible to do business with the Charlotte Fire Department and the City of Charlotte. Completion of the vendor registration form does not guarantee the City of Charlotte will use the company as a vendor but it will expedite the payment process.
