Account Transfers

In order to transfer an account from one address to another, the account must be current and all past due charges paid. 24 hour notice is required for service connection and disconnection, along with the following information:

• Name
• Name of Alternate Adult
• Property Address
• Turn-on Date
• Home Telephone Number
• Work Telephone Number
• Mailing Address
• Social Security Number or Tax ID Number

NOTE: A $32 service charge will apply to all new service connections and transfers.

Accounts can be transferred in the following ways:

• Telephone
• Mail
• On-Line
• In Person
