Recent News:
- Wilkinson Park Business Center is sold out! Restaurant Depot, a restaurant supply wholesaler, opened March 11 and the last site has been occupied by O'Reilly's Auto Parts.
- Dyestuff Commercial Lofts, a for-sale project, has sold one-third of its inventory. There are two new owners occupying space: Design Resource Group and Doerre Construction. All the common areas of the building are complete with 30,000 sq. ft. of available space.
- Foot Locker recently moved its store out of Freedom Mall to a stand alone building down the street.
- The Wesley Village project in Bryant Park is under construction with 300 units of multi-family housing.
