YFS, the public child welfare department, conducts investigations, family assessments, in-home case management and administers foster care and adoption services.
Our Districts: YFS implemented the Geo District concept in order to assist the division in performing its mission while better aligning itself to meet the demands of the County's population, shifting demographics, and changes in federal and state laws and corresponding policies.
