Changes to Page 1 of Child Support Enforcement Request for Proposals
Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. Monday, November 2, 2009, at Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services, Kuralt Centre, 301 Billingsley Road, Charlotte NC 28211. All proposals will be time-stamped upon receipt and held in a secure location until this date. One original and ten (10) printed copies should be provided in a sealed envelope, attention: Charlotte Spence, Contracts Manager, Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services, Kuralt Centre, 301 Billingsley Road, Charlotte NC 28211.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NOTICE
Mecklenburg County, through its Department of Social Services (DSS), is soliciting and will receive proposals for Child Support Enforcement services.
Proposals are due by 5:00 pm Monday, October 19, 2009 at Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services Kuralt Centre 301 Billingsley Road, Charlotte NC 28211. All proposals will be time-stamped upon receipt and held in a secure location until this date. One original and ten (10) printed copies should be provided in a sealed envelope, attention:

Service Providers are permitted to submit written questions, but only for purposes of clarifying this RFP. All submissions must be e-mailed to contracts@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov not later than Thursday October 15, 2009. Questions and answers will be posted on the following website: http://www.charmeck.org/Departments/DSS/Contracts/Home.htm.
Upon the expressed request, a pre-bid conference call will be scheduled to discuss the RFP. Please make your request known no later than Friday, October 2, 2009 via email to the following address: contracts@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov.
Mecklenburg County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals in connection with this project, and to waive formalities in a proposal.
