Finance Presentation to CRVA Board of Directors

Finance Director Greg Gaskins presented an update of FY2009 tourism revenues and discussed the upcoming budget process to the CRVA board of directors on December 10, 2008. Gaskins stated that while FY2008 revenues were strong, FY2009 numbers were substantially down. However, the budgeted funding for the CRVA would not be reduced for FY2009. As the year proceeds, staff will have better data and Mr. Gaskins agreed to update the board at its February meeting. Mr. Gaskin's PowerPoint presentation is attached.
