Agenda Notes:
Attached is a revision to the local request included in Agenda Item #8 entitled, ED - Coverage Area for Small Business Program. The revised request should be inserted into your Council Meeting Agenda, attachment two, page 12. This revision gives Council full flexibility to make changes to the Small Business Program coverage area in the future without additional legislative authority.
Additionally, Police Attorney Mark Newbold discussed in detail with Senator Graham the issues Council raised at last Monday's Workshop regarding proposed Gang Legislation. Mr. Newbold will email to Council on Monday responses to Council's questions and further explanations regarding proposed improvements to the Gang Legislation under consideration this "short session."
