Construction to Impact Lanes on Providence Road at Andover Road

Providence Road at Andover Road will be narrowed to one lane in each direction starting on July 15, 2006. Traffic will remain in this pattern until July 26. A water line tie in will be under construction in the median. Commuters are encouraged to use Randolph Road as an alternate. Message boards are notifying customers this week of the upcoming lane closures.
Andover Road between Providence Road and Cornell Avenue will be closed to through traffic. Properties on Andover will have access. Andover Road will remain closed until August 9. Andover traffic will be detoured using Cornell Avenue, Danbury Street and Ferncliff Road. Customers on Andover near Providence have been notified.
