Attached is a copy of the third quarter utilization report. For the third quarter, the City exceeded its 7% Citywide SBE Utilization Goal for informal expenditures achieving 12% utilization. This represents $2.7 million in expenditures with small businesses located in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
