Council member James Mitchell requested information related to Senate Bill 914 in preparation for the Restructuring Government Committee's discussion Thursday, April 15 on the Small Business Enterprise Program Options. We've attached a memo and chart from Cindy White in the City Attorney's Office that describes how and why the Small Business Opportunity Program would need to be modified if the City were to apply race and gender conscious project goals under that program.
