Attached is the PowerPoint presentation on the proposed revised picketing, public assembly, and parade ordinance that we planned to present at the dinner meeting last Monday.

The primary reason for the proposal is to add the City Manager's current administrative policy for public assemblies to the City Code and to conform the regulations to developments in First Amendment case law and current administrative practices.

This item will be on your February 23 agenda for action.
