CharMeck 311, the City/County 24/7 customer service and information line will not be available to callers for approximately two hours beginning Friday night, February 29 from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
The service will undergo a software upgrade as part of regular system maintenance. Callers to 311 during the two hour timeframe will hear recorded information advising them that the number is temporarily unavailable.
Although customer service representatives will be unable to take phone calls, residents can still access 311 and file a service request through the City's web site www.charmeck.org.
