Beatties Ford Road This Transportation Bond Project will widen Beatties Ford Road from Capps Hill Mine Road to Lakeview Road.
What's happened? The planning phase is now complete. Due to future traffic projections, the project team determined that Beatties Ford will only be widened from Capps Hill Mine Road to Sunset, instead of Lakeview. Traffic counts will continue to be monitored to see if design changes are necessary.
What's next? The project is on hold until funding is available for design, real estate acquisition and construction -- possibly in the 2010 transportation bonds.
