The Engineering Services Division of the City of Charlotte's Engineering & Property Management Department is responsible for the planning, design, construction administration, and project management services on a variety of transportation, neighborhood improvement, business corridor, environmental and economic development projects.Engineering Services appreciates your cooperation and patience during the planning and design phase of the project.
